Running a school for 280 students in such an impoverished area presents enormous financial challenges.  Funding is required for teacher's wages, classroom materials, food for children, mentoring and training for teachers. 

Presently the responsibility for raising funds to cover the substantial ongoing operational costs is shared equally between the local Massai community, Oz Likamba and our US partner churches.  Meeting even these basic needs is an ongoing struggle.

In addition, overseas partners are dedicated to providing the best possible infrastructure and resources for the school. The maintenance and further enhancement of the school infrastructure, such as an additional classroom to accommodate nursery aged children, guttering for roofs and new toilets, cry out for further financial support.

Our dream is to see this school not only survive but thrive, setting children free from the traps of poverty and deprivation by helping them to obtain a high standard English-based education that will give them a bright and positive tomorrow.  We pray that you might share in this with us and we would welcome any financial support, you might be able to give, either one-off or periodic*.  You would be surprised - even a small tax deductible amount like $5.00 per month when added together with others makes big difference.
